How do I know when my bank has been verified?
Logging into your account you can see the status of their orders: If the status is "Pending Verification Bank" means that we are still waiting for the bank receives the payment. On average it takes 3 days. Once the bank has received payment the order will be sent and the status will change from "Pending Verification Bank" to "In Production".
Can I pay cash?
We do not accept payments in cash.The furnishing products are goods cost more than average volume, and other goods commonly sold online. The couriers receive payments only in cash: the possible absence of the person designated to pay (as it does in spite of the telephone notice) or the unavailability of the exact amount in cash (the couriers do not give the rest) involves a specific increase in the commissioning of the storage supplies at the warehouses of local couriers. This possibility would imply a high additional costs for the user and a higher handling of products.
What kind of tax records released?
AMARREDA emits regular sales invoice for every payment received. The invoice is delivered in paper form upon delivery of the supply, it is an invoice that also serves as a transport document. The bill of sale is valid for 24 months warranty on material defects, according to Legislative Decree n. 24/02.
Can I change the billing?
The billing information entered at time of order may only be changed until the issuance of the invoice which occurs at the time of verification of the accreditation fee. If you have any typos we make any changes necessary.
